City Park Apartments was an awesome place to live for the year and a half that I stayed there. The manager, Niko Johnson, makes the place feel like a home, rather than a sterile urban apartment complex. He's always on top of maintenance requests, courteous, and has a good sense of humor. The maintenance guys, Serguey and Julius are super professional, respectful and friendly. They always asked prior to entering my unit to perform a repair task, and let me know their completion timelines. They are all quick to wave hello when out and about on the property. The units have all been renovated with good air conditioning and appliances. I can't speak highly enough of this crew. Highly recommend City Park Apartments.

To start off, I would like to thank Niko and the guys who did maintenance and took care of the apartment complex. The staff here were always friendly and said hi. I moved to Sacramento for school and could not find a place to live that would accept my student loans as a form of income, but Niko understood the struggle and found no problem with taking me in as a tenant. During my time living here I had no issues with noise, neighbors, or issues with my apartment. I enjoyed how close this was to the city, but also far enough to not hear or experience all the craziness that comes with living in the city. This was a great place to live!
