Visiting friends who recently moved into Poth. I was impressed, the bones of this old building are impressive and offer an industrial elegance. Quiet and Clean, a number of common areas, wide open hallways, and a fitness center.... If I was a city dweller, I'd want to live in a place like this.....

Today I had the privilege of visiting a friend's apartment here... wow is all I can say. Easy to find free parking right on the street, high ceilings, and cool art in the corridors.
