From the moment I called Parque Kirkland Apartments, I felt welcomed! Alex was absolutely fantastic—so friendly and knowledgeable. She made the whole process of learning about the property easy and enjoyable. Alex took her time to explain everything about the community and the available one-bedroom units in great detail. On top of that, she emailed me a video tour of the exact apartment we discussed, which was super helpful. Her enthusiasm and professionalism really stood out, and I’m excited to visit soon!

It gives me great pleasure to commend Alex Jassen for her exceptional dedication, pleasant customer service, and warm hospitality as our Liaising Manager. She is widely recognized for her attentiveness to every tenant's needs, and I am confident that everyone appreciated her relentless efforts in taking care of us during the recent bomb cyclone storms. She deserves commendation and applause for being exceptionally thorough in all her actions, a quality that is rare in today's environment. I am very impressed and grateful for choosing Parque Kirkland as my home. It was love at first sight during my real estate tour.
