I just moved in and I love it here! It immediately felt like home. I was in a pinch when I looked at the place and it was a Godsend that the application fee and security deposit were so low. Because of my own hectic schedule, I didn’t get to see the apartment right away. When I finally got to see it, it was bigger, cleaner, and newer looking than I had hoped for. Staff has been consistently friendly, responsive, and helpful. They have been very flexible with me in multiple circumstances. I love the location. East Market is about a 5 minute walk away and Franklin Park is just past that. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. There is a Kroger very close by. The owners are doing some major renovations on the property, so there’s a lot of work going on, but I see that as a good thing. My own apartment is brand new and those of future residents will be as well. I look forward to continuing to live here and seeing how the building improves.
