I’ve been a resident at The Vienna for a year. The apartments are beautiful, but it’s very hard to get in contact with a live person. The Vienna hasn’t been cleaned or serviced in months. The common areas are overflowing with trash, junk mail, and dead insects. I’ve reached out to them numerous times about this; to no avail. If you care about cleanliness, I don’t recommend renting here. They do not upkeep the property as they should. I wish I would have signed a shorter lease.
