I have been at Rocky Point apartments for over 9 year. Tiffany the property manager has went above and beyond during my 9 years here. She is always friendly, kind , and understanding. BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH A PROPERTY MANAGER AND THUS APPARTMENT LIVING EVER. The grounds are beautiful with a pond and a fountain. DOG FRIENDLY BUT ALWAYS CLEAN GRASS. ALMOST EVERY MORNING I see someone cleaning the grounds. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS A COMFORTABLE PLACE TO CALL HOME As long as Tiffany is the property manager here, Rocky Point is the place to live for me and my family. (she has been a staple and a permanent fixture at Rocky Point even before I moved in 9 years ago!) IT IS A LARGE COMPLEX AND THEY DO AN AMAZING JOB OF KEEPING UP WITH THE PLACE ONCE MORE DUE TO TIFFANY. I see her every day walking the grounds, supervising the workers, and cleaners, yet somehow always answering when I call or need something. In case anyone was wondering they have town houses, regular flat apartments (2 3 4b ),and even cute 1 bedroom singles houses in the back. The apartment complex is huge with different set up in different areas so you are sure to find something you like. I am renewing my lease for sure going on year 10 and loving it. SPECIAL THANK YOU TO ALL who work here and help make this place a wonderful, clean, and pleasant place to call home

I’ve lived here for just over 2 years and I’m only moving because I’m leaving town. Tiffany, the property manager, is absolutely great and very helpful. Maintenance men are all very nice. Very responsive to maintenance requests. I have wonderful neighbors and feel safe. Plus, there’s a dog yard and my apartment has a fenced backyard which is great for my dingo. I will miss living here.
