The Harbor is a great place to live. The community is great! The buildings are beautiful, everything is always clean. They have many floor plans and all of them are amazing. Jo, the property manager is the nicest person! We love that our family is making memories here at the Harbor

Great atmosphere, willing to work with you when struggling so long as you communicate with them. My dog loves the place as well and has many friends (more than me lol). Dog park, pool gym, grills and fire pit all on premises and excellent. Even commute to Omaha or Fremont if you work or want to do things there, and you know you can trust your neighbors and it's a trustworthy place when you can leave your place unlocked and it's undisturbed.
