Right away when you enter the apartment door is the living room, the door to the bathroom is located in the living room, next is a large dinning room. This has the access to the kitchen which has lots of cabinet space and an emergency exit. There is a hallway leading to the bedroom, the hallway has cabinet in it with an immense amount of storage. I would say this one bedroom apartment has the most storage out of all of our one bedrooms. This apartment got new central heating and cooling, new vinyl windows, and the hard wood floors refinished in 2021. Hard wood floors in the living room and dinning room. Landlord pays water, sewer, garbage. Landlord pays electric. Pet Deposit $500 plus an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on. Kitchen is small but gets the job done. Bathroom has tub/shower combination. There is a really cute porch area outside your front door. Landlord pays water, sewer, garbage, and heat. The tenant is responsible for electric. The 12 month average electric for this apartment as of 3/29/23 is $78. Pets are accepted with a $500 pet deposit as well as an additional $25/Monthly per pet added to the rent. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease.
