This has the access to the kitchen which has lots of cabinet space and an emergency exit. There is a hallway leading to the bedroom, the hallway has cabinet in it with an immense amount of storage. I would say this one bedroom apartment has the most storage out of all of our one bedrooms. This apartment got new central heating and cooling, new vinyl windows, and the hard wood floors refinished in 2021. Hard wood floors in the living room and dinning room. Landlord pays water, sewer, garbage. Landlord pays electric. Pet Deposit $500 plus an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking.
