So far, I've had a great experience with Pomona West Apartments. The maintenance team as well as the management is great. One request that I have for the complex is for a couple of boxing bags. Maybe a heavy and speed bag. Me as well as some others enjoy boxing and could use a bag if it was here.

I have had an awesome experience with living in Pomona West. The layout is great, the price is reasonable, and the property managers are relaxed and are able to help you when needed. They host study sessions for students, along with occasionally giving out food like donuts and pizza throughout the school year. Definitely worth looking into if you are a student or not in school.

Absolutely love the place! Very green and pretty but the staff and manager Roberto are amazing! They make the environment very welcoming and easy for new incoming college students and others to live comfortably! Roberto is an amazing manager and is one of the main reasons I chose Pomona!

Roberto is AMAZING!!!!! He was manager at Gateway when I leased a unit for my grandson. in August 2022. When our lease is up in 2023 we will try to move to Pomona West because he's a hands on manager. He truly cares about his tenants and takes care of his tenants. He doesn't put up with riff raff. I would highly recommend Pomona West based on my personal experience with Roberto!!!

Our daughter lived at Pomona West for one year. She had a wonderful experience. This place is beautifully kept, great landscaping, a pool, and nice apartments. It is a friendly environment and everyone in the office was always great to work with. We had great experiences with Perry, Timothy, John, Aiden, and Karin. We received our deposit back, minus a fair amount for carpet cleaning. Thank you team for creating a safe and beautiful place for our daughter while she was there!

Pomona west has been such a great experience for the past three years! They have different rental options from unfurnished to furnished. My group and I decided to do a group lease which resulted in a cheaper option, along with the fully furnished apartment the move was very easy and manageable. All the furniture we received was brand new and some was used but in great condition! Something that I really liked was having dryers in the unit and the different amenities from the dog park to the pool and always felt safe since it was a gated community! Maintenance was always available if something was broken which was very helpful, they read requests right away!

Pomona West cares about their tenants My daughter moved in with girls and not a good fit. Pomona West helped find new roommates. She’s happier. Jason and Roberto are kind and encourage tenants to come in wheni/if problems come up. Very friendly and helpful

I lived here for 2 years. Moving to Chico on short notice was difficult. Managed to get an apartment here with my family fast. Best thing is the pet friendly aspect. Grant it’s a college apartment complex our family enjoyed the next door neighbors and staff. When we moved out we had some hiccups but the owner Karen went above and beyond to make things wright.. and I can’t say good enough things about here. It’s quiet, parking is good, and office staff is always willing to help. Not to mention the morning visits from the community dogs make things even better 😁
