I have lived in a few locations in Tampa and this is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in. Not only is the complex clean and well cared for, the staff that work the front office genuinely care about the residents here. If I have any issues with anything I know giving Susan, or Kyra, or any of the crew up front a call and it will be handled. The maintenance team are quick and great with communicating any issues that may arise.

My husband and I made a quick trip to the Tampa area to search for an apartment for our upcoming move. We visited over a dozen and had a top 3 list. On our final day when leaving Hard Rock, we pulled off 75 to eat breakfast and gas up for trip home. We saw the Fisherman’s Landing sign and decided to check out one more place. Susan greeted us promptly and answered all our questions. Honestly, we had seen a few nicer interiors than the standard 2/2 we looked at here but 2 things won us over to wanting to live here. 1. Great customer service and 2. Pretty darn good Google reviews. We look forward to being future residents! Update: We’ve moved in and loving our view!
