I moved into a one bedroom apartment recently. I must give a huge compliment to the leasing consultant Carla Beech. She was amazing, personable, professional and addressed all my concerns with a quickness (I was in a situation where I had to move in asap). She is one of the best communicators I’ve met in Fort Myers in any hospitality industry, and she took the time to lay out my options to best suite my needs. I cannot thank her enough. Not only did I feel comfortable with Carla, but the rest of staff like property manager Taylor and the entire maintenance crew were super and efficient, which adds to the value of the actual apartment and amenities. The way the complex is operated is as important as the apartment itself. Highly, highly recommend this community.
