Moved here in January and love it! Erika and Madison in leasing are so helpful and Tim in maitenance have all gone above and beyond. It’s a new building, so there are little kinks to work out but the trade off is everything is nice and new. The amenities are top notch and well maintained, especially the gym and pool area. My dishwasher had a malfunction when I first moved in and water got onto my floor and area rug, which Tim generously had cleaned and returned to me shortly after. Location wise, conveniently located half an hour from both Fort Myers and Naples and 10 mins from RSW. Would highly recommend looking at this community!

Walked in 15 minutes before closing and asked if they could squeeze me in for a last minute tour, and Erika took care of me. Before I knew it, I was signing the lease 72 hours later. I've seen many beautiful complexes in the area, but the Centro is easily the most stunning and unique. It has a luxurious hotel atmosphere with very attractive finishes in the unit. Extremely impressed with what I saw and how well I was treated despite keeping Erika at work longer than she may have liked. 5 star experience. Thanks Erika!!!!!
