She answered every question, she listens, she made me feel comfortable and most of all welcoming. I didn't do an in-person tour but with Janine explaining everything, it's like i was there. I moved into a one bedroom apartment recently. I must give a huge compliment to the leasing consultant Carla Beech. She was amazing, personable, professional and addressed all my concerns with a quickness (I was in a situation where I had to move in asap). She is one of the best communicators I’ve met in Fort Myers in any hospitality industry, and she took the time to lay out my options to best suite my needs. I cannot thank her enough. Not only did I feel comfortable with Carla, but the rest of staff like property manager Taylor and the entire maintenance crew were super and efficient, which adds to the value of the actual apartment and amenities. The way the complex is operated is as important as the apartment itself. Highly, highly recommend this community.

The amenities here are top-notch, and I appreciate how well-maintained everything is. The gym is fantastic, and the pool area feels like a resort. Plus, having a dedicated parking spot is a huge convenience.
One of the best things about this place is the location. It's so convenient to have grocery stores, restaurants, and parks within walking distance. I've really enjoyed exploring the neighborhood and all it has to offer.
The property management team has been great to work with, always responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my decision to call this apartment home. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to live!
First I would like to acknowledge Carla Beech, who was more than kind, patient, caring, and helpful with my approval, and processing experience. I honestly was discouraged when I went in to apply and she along with the encouragement of another young lady in the office gave me hope. My circumstances had me in the slumps but my faith and determination gave me hope. I am more than grateful that I applied for these apartments and am even more grateful that I was blessed to be approved. Upon just recently moving here from Daytona Beach my struggle to find a place to call home was a journey in itself and now I have a place to call home. I am truly blessed and thankful for the assistance I have received and could not have asked for better service or representation. I was treated with the utmost respect and even though she did not have to, Ms. Carla Beech reached out to me just to ask how I was doing and was so compassionate about my situation. She is truly a God sent angel in my eyes and has given me reason to not give up hope. We need more people like her in this world. I can now find peace at a place I can call home. Thank you a million for everything!!!! I most definitely would recommend this community and rate the service above five stars if I could.

Absolutely love it here at 81 west apartments!
We love Carla, she is so sweet & an amazing manager.
She makes sure everything runs smoothly & truly cares about the tenants here.
Also the apartments are beautiful, amenities are great, and maintenance is on top of it all!
Truly pleased with where I live.

81 west is a extremely great, quiet and peaceful place to live. The staff here are great Carla is terrific and gets you the help you need immediately. I have dealt with others as well and they will help too I just don’t remember the names but thanks to you all for making this a great experience, especially for this being my first time in an apartment from living with family. I have no complaints!!

I will be a resident at 81 West for two years in October and can honestly say that I have not one complaint as it relates to my apartment, the management team, my building and the community in general. Carla, Kamari and Janine always greet me with a warm smile as well as a caring and responsive attitude and always address any concerns I have immediately. The buildings are quiet, the residents generally very respectful and friendly and the community is extremely well maintained. The high-quality standards in which 81 West is maintained is obvious to me. I made an excellent choice to become part of this community.

I was staying at 81 West for business. From move in to move out everything was seamless. During my stay I only had one issue with my A/C that was promptly taken care of by the maintenance staff. Very nice amenities on the property. Carla was very helpful at move in and move out!!
