Ironwood is an amazing place. The manager is happy to address any issue that might come up. She really believes in communicating with the residents. Maintenance is friendly and does an amazing job. The neighbors are all wonderful people.

I'm currently residing at Ironwood and have been for about 9 months. The property is pretty well maintained with yard maintenance every week and if I have any issues I've been met with a quick response from management. The walls are a little thin but that's common in most apartment complexes. The neighbors seem friendly enough and a small enough community that you don't get overwhelmed with neighbor noise. There have been issues with homeless rifling through the dumpsters as it is right off Barbur, mailboxes being broken into and other inner city issues. But I rent a 2 bedroom townhome with my boyfriend for a great price compared to other complexes, it is perfect size, nicely updated and the application process was pretty effortless (we had all our ducks in a row, no hiccups like there can be) We will be here as long as we can afford it!
