Ever since Elias has started as the maintenance supervisor our work orders have been completed effectively and in a timely manner. He is great at his job and making sure things are getting done.

We have been needing a new refrigerator since the day we moved in 7 years ago and management would not replace it. Welllll, here comes Elias ( new to the property). I thought I would try again with requesting a new one and in less than two weeks Elias was at my home taking measurements and was at my door in two days with a new refrigerator. My almost 80 year old mother is so happy about he quick he made this happen. He was very professional, really pleasant and definitely takes pride in his work/satisfying the tenants I my eyes. Since he’s been here anything I’ve needed he has taken care of it. He’s a jewel to the complex. Thank you Elias
