Yes we all know Pioneer Square is not the safest area at night, due to alot of bars and homeless shelter's in the area. I'm writing this in regards to the staff and the building itself. The building is old, has history that spans back to the old Seattle 1800's. It does have some wear and age to the interior, but overall I've seen much worse. I've lived here for many years, and the current staff we have working for the building are fantastic! They are not only knowledgeable about their particular job titles, but also friendly and professional. I am very pleased with the changes they have been making towards safety, repairs, and complaints. They actually take the time to think about the best possible outcomes before engaging any further in what needs to be done. They are thorough, and get the issues taken care of in a timely manner. I am so glad we have the crew we have right now. I was considering moving, but because of the staff we have currently, I signed for another year! Thank you for the fantastic job you ladies/gentleman are doing!! Keep it up!!

Currently 10/2022 Management is on site daily and taking care of things. The 7/11 is gone and so is 90% of the street noise. The encampments are gone mostly. There’s never been a better time if you think you would like living in Pioneer Square. Christmas is coming. Football bars restaurants coffee shops shopping. It’s really fun here. The units vary widely by floor plan and views but some are amazing! A good one is coming up. 10/2022
