As a resident who is on her way to move out at the end of this month, I thought it be best I wrote an accurate review of living here the past year. For context, I moved in last July when quite literally the worst management company was running the building. There was no contact information, no one in the front office for help. They would give out parking spots without actually assigning them to a designated tenant, it was total chaos. Fast forward to 2-3 months ago, we have been placed in a new management who managed to turn the whole place around in a short amount of time. There is a new grill on the roof, outdoor games on the roof, resident events (breakfast in the lobby and yoga on the roof), a new secure package system, fixed the parking situation so everyone had an assigned spot and they also fixed the garage door which was broken since I had moved in (last July). They have repainted much of the building, gotten professional cleaners to come in and clean the hallway carpets and so much more... The building manager, Marta is such a joy to be around and such a nice person - she is exactly what this building needed. There is always someone in the office when you need to find out information, ask questions or simply need some guidance on a topic. Marta has been so helpful with any problems I have had and is the type of manager that every building needs. I must say, I am actually quite sad to be leaving this building since the new management came in place. The new management is exactly what this place needed!!

3 main attributes form my impression of 90o having lived here for 2 years, for which we are incredibly grateful for a number of reasons. They are dedication to excellence, dedication to service, and dedicated to kindness in their dealings with tenants. We feel incredibly lucky to have been blessed with the opportunity to live here. Location is great. Very convenient if you work in Boston. Definitely 5 stars experience!
