Sunpointe Gardens is the nicest apartment I have lived at. I have been living here for about a year and a half. I started out in a studio and made the process of moving to a one bedroom with a roommate. Alejandra and the other office staff are super nice! The process of switching apartments was very smooth and easy! It was not difficult to add on my roommate either! The maintenence guy, Billy, never takes too long and is very good about fixing things when necessary. The laundry room is usually relatively clean, and if a machine breaks, it is usually fixed quickly. The rent is not overly expensive like some of the other apartments in the area! Overall, this apartment complex is really nice, and I highly recommend it.
