Eco Flats has been one of the first apartments we've moved into and certainly our favorite. The neighborhood is such a fun vibe and everything is with in walking distance. There is a grocery store, tons of restaurants, breweries, a tattoo parlor and beautiful plant shops. Management and staff are so friendly and very on top of things. Andrew the maintenance guy is very helpful. All of our issues have been resolved within a day or two. Great experience so far!
