I’d like to take a moment to recognize Julio O. He is the maintenance man at Vintage Park Apartments. Julio has continually made an impression on me. He is always courteous, polite and carries himself like a professional. Any time I need something fixed, he is always on top of getting me and my family squared away in a timely manner. My mom and I showed up on a Saturday to take a look at these apartments as she is getting ready to move in the next two months, and when we walked in, we were immediately greeted by the leasing manager, Miss Deborah. She listened to our needs and was able to give us a last minute tour of the apartment complex and 3 apartments units. She was very knowledgeable about everything and very professional. She didn’t rush us, and thoroughly explained everything to us in detail. Ms. Debs really made us feel comfortable and at home. We also noticed when we walked back into the lobby that several residents walked up to her to say hi, and one of them had really great things to say about her and her management. It seems she really is trying to turn things around for good and is doing an amazing job at it. I am looking forward to having my mom live in these apartments as I know she would be in good hands with Ms. Deborah and the rest of her management team on board. The apartments itself were very spacious and have great amenities!
