Excellent management and excellent maintenance. The management provide a turkey or a complete meal to every tenant during Thanksgiving.

A caring community of residents. There was an old disabled military vet that could no longer take care of himself. The management helped him find support through community outreach and the neighbors pitched in to walk his dog. Managements is striving to make this a good place to call home. Not to mention some of the lowest rents in the area.
