Oh Courtyards, where to begin. The location is prime for students going between classes, nearby establishments, and relatively in-between downtown and mid. The rooms are small but the townhouses do offer a nice separation between common area and your personal space. I have had pleasant experiences with both the staff and neighboring residents. There is a just adequate gym and will complain not the best laundry services, but for the price, it is worth it!

I've been living at this apartment complex for two years, and it's been a great experience overall. The rent is really affordable, especially with how close it is to campus, and the living experience is adequate. Residents have access to both a pool and gym within the apartment complex, which is very convenient. The bedrooms in the apartment, at least for the 5 bedroom flat, are of decent size and I never felt cramped in them. Mentioned in other reviews, there's only one side of the dresser that can be used, however it was enough for my clothes given that there's a small section of the room that can serve as an open closet. The staff at The Courtyards are also very respectful and will try their best to help where they can. Specifically, whenever I had any questions or concerns concerning rent or maintenance requests, Nick Colussi, who is on their staff team, was always willing to address them quickly in a respectful manner. I highly recommend at least checking this place out to see if it is right for you.
