Meet and greet with fellow residents while cooling off at the swimming pool or head to Wollaston Beach located just two blocks away from Quincy Commons. Quincy Commons is also conveniently located near the North Quincy MBTA Red Line making trips into downtown Boston traffic-free.

Felt compelled to leave a review because I saw so few. Lived here for almost two years now - it's pretty nice, great location. Super short commute to redline, right near the beach, pools a really nice thing to have. I live in a 1br with my fiancee - it's not huge but certainly big enough. Repairs have always been quick. No issues with neighbors. Not sure what happened with other people who reviewed - if they truly had a bad overall experience or just an isolated event - but was surprised to see anything below 3. For what it is it's a pretty great place at a decent value.
