I’ve lived here for over 3 years. This is a very nice clean and well run historic apartment building in a great location. We are located in the beautiful Heritage Hills neighborhood walking distance from midtown and uptown. I am an owner and a resident. Our managment is on site and does an excellent job taking care of the property and tenant needs. I’m proud to call this my home.
