NEW MANAGEMENT has been a game changer. This place has so much potential: - location is very central! - neighbors are friendly - there’s a neat dog park - new appliances in apartments - pool and gym And ever since the new management, communication has improved, there have been more community engagement initiatives (like fun bingo nights, giveaways, Taco Tuesdays etc.), and maintenance has been quicker to respond! I was sad I had to move away just as I saw great improvements introduced. I am grateful for having lived in this community and highly recommend you give this place a try in charming Gainesville!
