Really great apartment community. Management is fantastic. Grounds are well kept. Maintenance is always super responsive. I like the park like setting too.

I was pleasantly surprised to get an email from the new property manager about my laundry room frustrations. She explained that new processes were being put in place and that we were getting upgraded machines. She addressed specific issues I raised and did it in a thoughtful and professional manner and responded in a reasonable amount of time. I generally am not on to complain, but it's nice to know that if I do, my complaints will not go unanswered for days or weeks. I appreciate her communication skills.
