I moved into this apartment complex July 2023 and just recently left in October 2024. I enjoyed my experience at Mile High Apartments as the facility was clean, there was always street parking, and my apartment had the space I needed to work from home. There was plenty of room for my roommate and I and I loved the natural light that came through the almost floor to ceiling windows. Great location and within walking distance to a bakery and Sloans Lake. Lastly, Jennifer, the property manager was great to work with. Highly recommend!

I have been living in this building for over a year and I love it. I love how modern the building is, along with the overall location. You get the downtown feel without being directly in the center of the DT traffic. You have some sort of view no matter what side of the building your unit is on! They care and maintain any issue you may have in your unit, as well as the quality of the common areas. I greatly appreciate the smaller details. I give the property 5 starts, even though the only dislike and improvement I'd like to see is better ground maintenance. Other than that I do not have any complaints. Beth has been a gem in my move in process and even just helping me through very difficult times in need. She's great!
