My husband and I are current residents at Birch Commons and we could not be more pleased with both the community and the leasing manager Randi. The apartments and property are beautiful and well-maintained, and the atmosphere is quiet, tranquil and private. It truly feels like you are in your own home with ivy-laden fenced-in patios and spacious attached garages. The manager is always accessible, responsive and accommodating and treats residents with courtesy and respect. She goes above and beyond to assist residents with any questions or needs they may have. There is a reason this complex and its sister community, Birch Court, are always at full or near-full capacity: the properties and onsite/corporate management are stellar. We feel fortunate to call Birch Commons home, and look forward to welcoming our former neighbor to Birch Court at our recommendation. :-)
