My wife Melissa and I felt the need to post today. We have lived in this complex for 8 years. The previous management or manager was a slum lord or the management company were slum lords, either way the only reason we’ve lasted is this is our home. Our young children go to school just up the street and my neighbors and I are like family. They’ve literally seen my kids grow up through the years. Recently, I have seen and felt a change. It feels like It felt when I first found this place over 8 years ago; like a community. The property manager I think her name is Bethany, very thorough and sweet, called in to check on a work order and to see if we were satisfied with the work! She then asked if there was anything else she could help us with and if there was anything we felt the community needed. MY WIFE AND I WERE BLOWN AWAY! No manager has ever asked about the work that was done in our home let alone ask what we wanted. We finally feel valued as long term residents.We see the impact you’re making Bethany, we hope your management and the community will see as well.

I initially left a review to express concerns I had about the property. Maricela, property manager, was quick to contact me to discuss the complaints I had IN PERSON. Not only was she understanding, but addressed every issue I had and is currently making the effort to fulfill my requests. Even though some issues can be a stretch to fix at any apartment complex, it wasn’t left unheard. I do appreciate the support I now have through their NEW management. I am very pleased to hear changes are happening through out the complex, and sincerely looking forward to continuing my living journey at Verlaine on the Parkway.
