The Gables Katy Trail property is an older building in the Gables portfolio. Their management is centralized, so there are some things that are hard to negotiate. However Ebre in the Gables KT office worked hard to get me a great opportunity when I was looking at renewing my lease. And she had to do a lot of work! But she was a big help, when moving apartments can feel like so much work. I highly recommend the neighborhood feel of this property.

This is my third year at Gables Katy Trail and I have been impressed from day one. From the friendliness and responsiveness of the front office staff (Jodi and Michael) to the exceptional maintenance team, it has been a great Uptown rental experience. If any issue arises, no matter how large or small, they have been on top of it immediately. The location provides easy access all over Uptown (and the Katy Trail is your backyard). The gated parking levels also provide a safe environment. The residents are courteous. Renewing my lease was an easy choice-
