I love it here at Flashcube! Working with Alex in the leasing office when trying to find my apartment was easy. He was knowledgeable, professional, and provided excellent service! I’ve been here a couple months now and the staff puts on fun social gatherings in the club house like PPV events and parties. The apartment home amenities are very modern and clean and the community itself has great perks. I have had nothing but compliments from my friends who have visited. It’s a convenient location downtown and peaceful area I recommend Flashcube to anyone who is looking for a new home!

Perfect location and amenities for downtown family living! My husband and I both work a lot and downsized to have more time with our daughters. Thanks to a fantastic first interaction with Chad, our leasing agent, we discovered EVERYTHING on our checklist: chic amenities, granite countertops, big windows, killer views, lots to do in the winter months onsite, property access to the streetcar. With the River Market and library both one stop away —and Plexpod literally downstairs, FOR FREE— my life as a working parent just got 10x more efficient. I'm also truly impressed with the community mindset we've picked up on from everyone who works here; pleasant, professional, open-minded and on top of things. If you're like me and working hard on your business or career, this is a great spot to keep your lifestyle and professional journey in sync.
