My partner and I are brand new residents at Avli, but based on the experience we have had so far, I have never felt more urgency to leave a positive review. The staff, specifically Dominique and Brandon, have gone above and beyond to help us feel supported during our move from Salt Lake City to The Avli Apartments in Tampa. They helped us avoid several crises during the moving process, and have been nothing but prompt, welcoming, and kind. The community is beautiful, and offers unique resident perks that we have not seen at other apartment complexes that are in the same price range.

Living at The Avli has exceeded all of my expectations when it comes to living in an apartment. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning with a modern kitchen design and an open concept living space. Common areas, as well as the grounds are in pristine condition, which also contributes to the luxury lifestyle these apartments offer. The leasing staff addresses any issues in a timely manner and are always communicating with residents. They also do an exceptional job hosting events throughout the month. Maintenance responds to all requests within a day or two and are also always doing projects around the complex to enhance the amenities offered. Lastly, The Avli is conveniently located, making it an ideal place to live.
I’ve lived in several places over the years, but none have come close to the comfort, convenience, and community that my current apartment complex offers. From the first day I moved in, I knew I had found a place I would call home for a long time. Here are some of the reasons why I absolutely love living here:

The staff - specifically Dominique, Sakeena and Brandon - have all gone above and beyond to be helpful both before and after moving in. I just renewed my lease here and over the past year the community has been a nice place to live. The "Smart Home" technology was a little tough to learn (previous owners and mgmt fault) but it is up and running and features are convenient. Maintenance crew are decent men and respond faster than any apartment community I have ever lived, they'll wave or say hello which makes me feel valued. You can sometime hear neighbors thru the walls/floors BUT that is similar to every apartment I've ever lived in. (4th floor is the quietest.) Front gates get fixed quickly whenever a careless person damages them. Security doors to the building are ALWAYS functional and lock behind every person, making you feel safe. Parking outside the south building can be tight but the west side is always WIDE OPEN, you may have to walk 2-3 minutes. Inside corridors are meticulously maintained. I saw a few ugly reviews but mostly during previous mgmt, my advice is to visit the property and see for yourself. Overall, I love it here, you can't beat the location, worth a visit. My boyfriend was one of the first residents at the avli 2 years ago. I've been here for a year and we love our apartment. Its luxurious style living with every amazing amenities. The pool is resort style with cabanas and rhe clubhouse is chic and elegant. The staff has been awesome and the maintenance crew is TOP NOTCH! Jon and his crew are fast and friendly and we have never really had any maintenance issues. The front staff plans super cute events each month and there is yoga every Monday at 7! I hope this review leads to you loving your new home at the Avli!
Avli was my first apartment and I couldn't have gone to a better place! I lived there for approximately 18 months and the staff; from front desk, to maintenance, do an unbelievable job. They do their best in maintaining the property, hosting events, and making sure any issue is identified quickly. Only complaint would be the very thin walls and floors. We would often hear the upstairs neighbors walking around their unit and listening to music.
