We simply have had a wonderful experience from the minute we stepped on the property. Ashlee and entire staff have been wonderful and very professional! They made it so easy from the beginning to our moving in. The facility and surrounding area is so safe and well maintained and the residents are so kind and helpful! Highly recommend!

My wife and I are completely happy with our Apartment at Chroma. Ashlee, the Assistant Community Manager, has been absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the process of leasing our apartment. Ashlee has shown tremendous professionalism and communication from the very first time we walked in to Chroma for our tour of the facilities and residences, as well. Ashlee also made us feel extremely comfortable as we discussed how we were downsizing to an apartment from a larger home. Not only was Ashlee wonderful to directly work with but we had some time to talk to Eric, the Community Manager, and he was very approachable and friendly as he also made us feel at home here at Chroma — before we even committed to moving here! The whole process has been great and we’re very thrilled to have moved to Chroma Apartments.
