Moving here was made very easy by the on-site management. They answered all of my questions promptly and fixed anything I needed fixed right away. They also gave me a welcome goodie bag when moving in. I highly recommend this apartment complex.

I have loved living at Kolo. From touring, to lease signing (on a convenient app), to having work orders fulfilled day-of, to the beautiful finishes in the apartment, and the proximity to the lakes, I had a great experience. Management is extremely responsive to emails and flexible with lease start and end dates. I did not take advantage of the lower level parking garage, but it was always easy to find street parking right outside of the building. All of my neighbors have been friendly, and the common spaces in the building are always clean. I recommend Kolo to anyone!
