I have lived in Alderbrook Apartments for almost a year now. Staff has changed just recently, but since I've been here no matter the change, the staff is great. The staff is very pleasant, welcoming and helpful. My apartment is very nice, spacious 2bd rm 2 ba with a nice amount of balcony space and storage throughout the apartment and extra space on balcony. It was an easy move in process and decent deposit amount. Parking is no issue, the spots are assigned. I don't have pets, but it's a very pet friendly place. I would recommend to anyone looking in the Hazel Dell area.

Hello to all who read this, I’d like to start off with thanking the community for keeping me safe and sheltered. I have been a tenant in this apartment complex for 2 months shy of 3 years. Initially I was supposed to meet with another apartment with a similar name but google sent me here. When I arrived there weren’t any apartments I wanted available so I left but was told to leave my email. I went on with the apartment hunt but was contacted by Alderbrook saying they had something available. I visited their website and saw all the amenities they offer. This was an awesome view and read. I met with management soon after and put in an application. I was accepted and only had to pay a deposit of $99! Isn’t that great?! Initial management and employees were cool, they handled issues promptly and made sure to reassure tenants with urgent solutions. To have a washer and dryer, dishwasher, AC/Heater, balcony, covered storage space, cable, parking spot, 24/7 gym and high location value makes this one of the best apartments I’ve seen for the pricing! During the pandemic, paying rent was VERY easy because I was able to pay twice a month whenever I could without penalty. There was only a $20 in ‘21 then $80 in ‘22 rent increase compared to other places adding $200+. There was no stress being here and though I’m leaving it’s not because of the apartment. I’m just off to a new life. Thank you Alderbrook Apartments for being my first official place of my own. I have grown here and learned so much n I am grateful for the life I could create being here.
