They have always worked with me on any and all problems, Except for noise issues, Other than that they were willing to help out in any way they could, Especially when it came to personal problems, And They helped me with getting as much as my deposit back as possible, I have 3 cats. . . Lol. . . I got back 75% of my deposit.. . . All I can say is keep in mind you it's an older complex and they are trying to update and upgrade as much as possible. They keep it cheap rent so it's AFFORDABLE. . . Some people can't afford 1,200.00 for rent.
