This complex is a rare find, it checked off everything we were looking for in an apartment years ago. We rented a 1 bedroom apartment here for several years and honestly we have zero bad experiences from day 1. First off, the actual apartment itself is large, bright and feels like a home because of the spread out floor plan. The bedroom was huge- it fit a queen size with plenty of space between walls and bed; we could have probably fit in a couch in there as well. The walk in closet and the large laundry room were definitely a bonus compared to other apartment complexes we toured during our search. We never had issues with finding parking, the complex was always kept clean and neighbors were all quiet and respectful. The neighborhood where the complex is located is also great because of the convenient distance to Freddys, Walmart, and Costco. Lastly, I want to highlight the management of the complex. Levi, who is the current property manager, has been amazing during our time at Heritage Park. All maintenance requests were addressed timely and the service was exceptional. He kept the complex tenants informed of any important information, made sure everyone follows the lease guidelines by sending reminders (such as updating car information on file or when a garage becomes available for rent). The most impressing act though was his response to seeing a few tenants struggle setting up AC units a few weeks ago. He helped tenants put in AC units in the windows safely before the insane heat wave (June 2021)- you could not have asked for a better manager, he genuinely cares for the tenants well being and safety. During our move out, he made sure our transition process was a smooth experience, let us know what to expect and we did not feel stressed or pressured at all. We will miss this complex, thank you Heritage Park and Levi for everything.

Levi the manager does a great job with making sure all your maintenance needs are taking care of and is very friendly so makes these apartments very comfortable and nice to live
