I absolutely loved jay and Sam! They were always helpful and friendly. Jay was the main person I dealt with. Denise could work on her attitude, definitely didn’t make me feel welcomed but only had to deal with her one time. Overall I give 5 out of 5 given that it was a gated property and being a single woman I felt safe. Whenever I had a maintenance problem Sam was there to help within the hour. Management and maintenance are always working and on site with their golf carts. The quality of the apartments were 5/5 too, newly built with washer and dryer room with lots of storage. My parking spot was right outside my door and big garages were available for rent. When I mean big I mean the garages were big enough for a full size pick up truck with extra room. The pool, gym, clubhouse, and hot tub area were always kept clean and my neighbors were awesome too! They also would do monthly updates and always working to make the property better. They added more dog poop bags and trashes around the property and cameras while I was there. & the best part for me was the dog park in the complex, gave my dog a place to run around off leash. Also if you have kids there’s a playground area for them too :)

I've lived here for about 18 months, and I love every minute of it. It's quiet and feels like home! It's a gated community, which makes me feel safe coming home late at night. The layout is nice, it's cozy. The dog park is a plus, and the pool is one of the best amenities. Jay, the apartment manager is amazing! Super friendly and open to suggestions, I feel like he really wants everyone to enjoy living here.
