The residents are responsible for maintaining personal patios and enclosed yard spaces. $1,295.00 per month, $1,295.00 fully refundable security deposit. To reserve the property, a tenant will be required to pay the household security deposit. The first month with be prorated. One-year lease. Proof of Renters insurance is required before move-in. No smoking. This unit is not an Accessible Dwelling Unit. Cats and dogs 20 lbs. and under are welcome (with exceptions upon landlord review). Maximum of 1 pets with a $50 rent increase per month for each animal and an increased deposit of $50 for each animal. Open Application Period for this property begins on 06/26/2026 at 08:30 am PST which is 72 hours after the notice of unit availability was originally posted.
