I've lived at this property PARC on 12th since 2019 and at PARC on 11th before that in 2017. I've watched it change management twice and this most recent set has been a change for the better. The manager May S. has been incredibly kind and hardworking to ensure solutions for past managements problems. The newest maintenance person Mike has been professional, helpful, and made us feel safe when addressing the overwhelming issues that have occurred in our apartment (again, issues from previous management & maintenance-- not the current.) I appreciate this team we have right now and look forward to some much needed improvements to the property.
