Service and speed to move in was honestly great, I was a little sketchy about the whole process being online because this was my first time doing a whole application to move online. I used to still remember doing them on paper 😅 but they made it so smoothly and easy. I want to give a shout out to Capriano he was also very nice, friendly and helped out very well in the process, help make me feel comfortable about reaching out if I have any questions or concerns, no hesitation there and that’s a plus!!! The gentleman that also helped us when I went to go initially look at the models was very kind no pressure either.. I’m pretty new to the community but so far we love it here… it’s nice, quiet, private and just really comfortable 🤍 exited for new memories here!b

It’s a smaller community but not too bad. For the most part they keep it clean and maintenance responds pretty quickly if have any issues in my apartment. Tomas and Capriano in the office have been nice and consistent so far. Parking could have been better but five starts to Miguel and office staff
