I have lived at the Westminster Arch for over 12 years and I can’t say enough good things about it. The building is family owed and they make you feel like family. Everyone from the maintenance staff, building management and the owners, treat everyone with respect and value their tenants. It’s a great place to live.

I lived at Westminster Arch from the end of 2021 to the beginning of 2023. I was originally referred to check out the apartments by prior residents and the price and location sealed the deal. It is right next to a fairly new Giant and a block from Trader Joe’s. Also getting into Center City is very walkable and tons of public transportation options. As for inside my unit, I had a 650 sq ft studio which was laid out well. Storage was never a problem as there are 3 large closets not counting the walk-through wardrobe/vanity closet area. The studio units rely on hallway laundry but there are 2 of each unit on each floor and I never had an issue with a machine not being free. The window HVAC did a decent job of maintaining comfortable temperatures. The website proves accurate 360 floor plans to browse. Finally, the staff members are all very pleasant. The building manager Laura is very personable and does a great job with communications and the trio of maintenance men are very friendly and diligent going above and beyond such as delivering your packages to your door. I had no issue getting my security deposit back. The apartments continue to add to make them a great place to live.
