It’s been about 6 months since I moved in and I love my space! The one bedroom is the perfect size for me and my fur babies. Steps from the lake front and secured parking. So lucky to have randomly come across this gem!

This building is a great place to live. The amenities are great as well as traveling convenience. Two blocks from the lake you couldn't ask for more. The only time I know of any cleaning issue was when the building was in between hiring a new maintenance company. It's professionally clean on a regular base.
