The apartment responded to my maintenance request very quickly. Albert Franklin, one of the maintenance staff, was extremely helpful and friendly. He efficiently took care of changing light bulbs, fixing the dishwasher, and more. Great service!

Today I received excellent service from Albert. My service request was received in the morning. It is only 10:05 AM and my plumbing issue is fixed. I am treated like a valued resident at 5252 Apartments. I really like it here!
