My partner and I had the absolute pleasure of living at Eugenie Terrace, and I have to say, our experience was made truly exceptional by one person: Frances, the front desk concierge. From the moment we walked through the doors, Frances welcomed us with such warmth and genuine care that we instantly felt at home. Every day, her presence radiated positivity and attentiveness, going beyond the role of a concierge to become a true caretaker of the residents. Whether it was a simple greeting or making sure we had everything we needed, Frances consistently went out of her way to ensure we were not only looked after but also felt truly cared for. What set her apart was the way she made our daily interactions feel personal and meaningful. There wasn’t a day that went by where we didn’t feel valued as residents. Even as our time at Eugenie Terrace came to an end, Frances continued to show that same unwavering kindness, making sure our departure was as smooth and welcoming as our arrival. If you're looking for a place that feels like home, with a community that's genuinely looked after, Eugenie Terrace is it—and Frances is the heart and soul of it all.
