I had a wonderful experience living here. I lived in a gorgeous large two bedroom over sized one bath apartment. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. Management was amazing, always available for questions and quick to fix any issues. Plenty of parking available for visitors and extra cars never a problem. Although I didn't take advantage of all the amenities like I should have gym, pool, hot tub, hair salon, and recreation room which is free to use for events with pool table, computer room and TV's. I did use the nail salon and Liz was fantastic and very friendly. It was great being able to live in a small and safe community and having everything that you need so close by, restuarants, grocery stores and gas stations is always a plus in my book.Thanks Tamera &Tom for making our stay at Villa Faria great.

Apartments are very nice and well taken care of. New management cares about the place and brings new landscaping ideas. This place has a beautiful social center and a pool game room with two TVs to watch football games. They have 24 hr emergency maintenance and do the work orders on time. They will explain to you the problem of why your washer or any maintenance issue happened and how it will get fixed. Staff are very friendly and professional and always with a smile.
