I would say, it’s the best apartment one can stay in. Maintenance is really good and apartment manager, basically whole team is quite responsive. Everyone is really good around here. Sunnyvale downtown is blessing as it’s walkable. Sunnyvale square shopping center is like 2 mins walk. The best part, here we have ventilated apartments and it never feels dark inside.

I recently moved into Peartree and I am so far satisfied living here. My unit was remodeled when I moved in so everything inside was new. Of course, the apartment itself has some age but for the price and the quality after remodeling, this apartment is amazing. I would also like to thank Deanna from the leasing office who has been helping me with all the questions and issues I faced when I initially moved in. She was very responsive and did her best to get my issues solved. I can recommend Peartree just for the amazing support I got from the leasing office.
