The Frank Estate Apartments are nestled in the desirable neighborhood of Raleigh Hills, and just like every Portland neighborhood, it has its very own flavor. Raleigh Hills is highly accessible to downtown Portland, with several different available routes to get there, including Highway 26 and Highway 217, connecting to the I-5 corridor. The Frank Estate is surrounded by several parks and walking paths, like the popular Fanno Creek trail. Excellent shopping is only a few miles away at Washington Square Mall. Raleigh Hills is an established neighborhood, with lots of character, tons of charm, energy and accessibility to all things Portland. Come start your next adventure here!

The Frank Estate is a wonderful place! My partner and I moved here a year ago, and it’s been everything we could have hoped for. The property is beautiful, very well maintained with lots of care put into it year round. The people are very friendly and often have cute dogs, it’s a great neighborhood to walk around in! There are a lot of nice amenities on the property, and it’s located conveniently along the Fanno Creek Trail. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and safe, and is still close to some stores. The Frank Estate really does have everything you need and want! If you move here, prepare to fall in love with the place. Joyce from the leasing office has been such a huge help in navigating finding our perfect home here, she truly went above and beyond! We are so grateful to have such a wonderful community here—thank you to Joyce and The Frank Estate for making us feel so welcomed and valued!

So far a million times better than our last apartment community, first off Joyce has been an excellent leasing agent she has answered all of our questions and has been an amazing help all around! The grounds are beautiful, the other residents are very nice and mindful, and noise is at a minimum at all times throughout the day/night. My only complaint is the parking situation; I sometimes have to park and walk a ways away from my unit especially when working a swing shift but everything is well lit at night so it never feels unsafe
