I have been a Modera Hollywood residence for 2,5 years and have had the absolute BEST experience with the community and management. The management team is the greatest I have ever experienced in an apartment complex. They have made me feel safe and at home since BEFORE I even moved in. Truly, the best team. Karim is always helpful, communicates efficiently and very quick to solve anything you'd ever have an issue with. Ed and Loui from maintenance are supreme. Exceptional! The maintenance staff here are awesome. I'm usually not a big time reviewer but I felt compelled to leave this review. My partner and I moved in mid-October and couldn't be happier with our experience thus far. Big shout out to Mr. Luis Tostado and Mr. Ed Figueroa for their help and exceptional service. These gentlemen deserve recognition and I'd just like to say thank you and leave a review on their behalf's. Not only did they fix and service my maintenance request within minutes of me contacting the management office and submitting the request, but they also took the initiative to fix other small things that needed attending to as well as explain exactly what the issue was that was, to be honest self-inflicted through lack of knowledge by myself, but they gave helpful tips as to how to maintain our unit to the highest condition. Honestly, we have been blown away by the level of service here at Modera. It has surpassed any previous experience at prior living situations and dealing with property management and maintenance of other apartment complexes. Very much enjoying our living experience here. 10's across the board.

I moved to Modera a month ago and since I arrived with my family I have enjoyed every amenity, I love how the maintenance staff always keeps the building clean and in perfect condition. Karim from the leasing team is incredible, always ready to help and very attentive! The manager is always in contact with the residents and keeps us informed of scheduled jobs. if we talk about the location of the building it is perfect because everything is close! We are very happy to be part of the Modera community and we invite new residents to become part of this incredible community! :)
