I cannot speak to how it has been the past year, but I used to live here and it was pretty nice. Never had an issue with roaches/termites/mould/bedbugs, and yes, you will see a beetle or spider here and there - but that's living in Florida for you. No way to avoid that. My only issue living here was just being priced out by how much the rent went up, but that's how its been in Florida in general for a while now, not anything to fault the building or people for. Never had an issue with people in the main office, they were always friendly! Also really quick to respond to requests when AC was broken down. I lived here from March 2022-2023, im not sure if anything has changed within the year or not. Just be careful in the area if you're a woman or fem presenting, you might get catcalled.... like, a lot, not by other tenants, but by people on the sidewalk or cars passing
